are the exclusive property of Lithuanian A2 Exam Prep and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying or reproducing any content from the Service, whether manually or through automated means
• Downloading or extracting audio files, text content, images, or any other materials
• Screen recording or capturing content for any purpose other than personal study notes
• Sharing or distributing content with third parties, including posting on social media, forums, or file-sharing platforms
• Creating derivative works based on our content
• Using web scraping, bots, or automated tools to access or download content
• Circumventing any technical protection measures we employ
• Selling or commercially exploiting any content from the Service

3.3 Limited License

For purchases made through the iOS App Store, refund requests are handled directly by Apple according to their policies.
